Unnecessarily increased chatlogs volume

Lately, the chatlogs shows chats that only contain the bot’s default greeting (like “Hi, how can I help you?”) but no user reply.
On my site, this means hundreds of new log entries a day which provide no practical value — they just take up space and make it harder to find real conversations.
