Trouble with parsing link tables correctly

hi, I am having challenges with building out the knowledge sources for my bot. It seemed to work better before, not sure why.
I am asking my agent to point people to specific pages on the Softr platform where they can find the resources they need. The links are all in a table in PDF format (taken from airtable). I also have uploaded a CSV file with same links.

Seems Chipp is able to understand some of the table, but not all of it as you can see in screenshot. I thought perhaps the page break…? So I uploaded another PDF with page 2 links, but that didn’t work either.
