Stopping a request to a Chipp causes future queries to fail

When using the Chipp.ai support bot on

https://app.chipp.ai/settings/help-center, I found that pausing a stalled query (or any) makes the future queries fail. The only way to solve this is to refresh the page, but that loses all the messaging history and current chat context.

This was done on the Chipp.ai support page via my 2025 Macbook Pro using the Chrome browser.
