Model change from GPT 4.1 to Claude 3.7 Sonnet failed

When trying to update a current Chipp model from GPT 4.1 to Claude 3.7 Sonnet, I get the error “Failed to update model”. This happens for multiple Chipps for me so not an isolated case. I’ve tried on different days as well.
