Missing and wrong Chatlogs

I am trying to look up the chatlogs of a specific user but when I enter the user’s email address to the search bar in the “Chats” tab, it doesn’t return anything, even though credits have been consumed and I see records in the synced Google Sheets.

When I copy paste some text from the Google Sheets log, I can find the conversation in Chipp. However, in the Google Sheet are different messages compared to what I see in Chipp. In Chipp it seems to be right but in the Google Sheet, I can see messages that apparently were never part of this conversation.
