Errors in image generation

A user reported errors when trying to generate images. The Chipp app returned a message, telling there was a problem. It happened multiple times.

Here are some messages, the Chipp app sent to the user:

Error 1
“Oh, da ist leider ein technischer Fehler aufgetreten und das Bild konnte nicht erstellt werden. Möchtest du es noch einmal probieren oder vielleicht einzelne Elemente anpassen? Sag mir gern, ob ich es erneut versuchen soll oder ob du eine andere Idee hast!”

English translation: “Oh, unfortunately, a technical error has occurred and the image could not be created. Would you like to try again or perhaps adjust individual elements? Let me know if you want me to try again or if you have another idea!“

Error 2

“Es tut mir leid, auch beim zweiten Versuch gab es einen technischen Fehler bei der Bilderstellung. Das liegt aktuell an einem Problem im System.”

English translation: “I'm sorry, but there was a technical error in image creation during the second attempt as well. This is currently due to a problem in the system.”

Error 3
“Leider gab es gerade einen Fehler bei der Erstellung des Bildes mit dem Wichtel. Das tut mir leid!

Wenn du möchtest, kann ich es gleich noch einmal versuchen oder dir eine genaue Bildbeschreibung für einen Illustrator oder ein anderes KI-Tool formulieren. Sag mir gern, was dir lieber ist!”

English translation: “Unfortunately, there was an error while creating the image with the elf. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Error 4
“Es tut mir leid, aktuell gibt es wieder einen technischen Fehler bei der Bilderstellung mit den Kuscheltieren. Das liegt am System und nicht an deiner Beschreibung.

Wenn du möchtest, kann ich dir eine sehr genaue Bildbeschreibung formulieren, die du direkt an Illustrator:innen oder ein anderes KI-Bildtool weitergeben kannst. Sag gern Bescheid, ob das für dich hilfreich wäre oder ob ich es später noch einmal versuchen soll!”
English translation: “I'm sorry, there is currently another technical error with the image creation for the stuffed animals. This is due to the system and not your description.
