Down for Maintenance option

If something is wonky with Chipp or if we accidentally broke something, it would be great if there was a toggle to turn on a “Down for Maintenance” page.

I get told within about 12 seconds of it going down because my email blows up :) hahaha If I could then just turn that on, it would keep the others from emailing me… or at least some of them.
