Document generation doesn't work with Claude

When I ask and app (with Claude Sonnet as selected model) to generate a document it says it generated a file that can be downloaded under a link but there is no link.
When I tell it about the missing link, it starts answering but crashes in the mid of the response.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use App running with Claude Sonnet
2. Ask to generate a document
—> it says “here it is” but there’s none
3. Tell it there is no link to download
—> it starts answering “I’ll provide the link …” and then crashes before it finishes the answer.
