Customisable chat buttons

Can we add customizable persistent chat buttons that users can select at any time during conversation. for example if you are chatting to restaurant you may have always visible buttons like ‘menu’, ‘opening hours’ It can be then encoded in the prompt how to respond to these commands. I am not just talking about static answers, but also options like ‘summarise’ (to summarise chat) or ‘feedback’ (to give feedback on smth that was discussed.
