API access to POST and DELETE knowledge base files

If knowledge base files could be DELETEd and POSTed via API, then this would avoid the manual process of navigating to the Chipp website and clicking to delete and upload, doing this for each bot. That would make a massive difference to my use case, given my large number of resource files multiplied by a large number of Chipp apps.
