Additional UI customization options

I would be nice to have additional UI customization options like the custom button that is in place already. Right now, I am rotating a few things periodically but there are some things I would like the users to have always available. E.g. a support button, one to link to a tutorial and one for upsells.

Maybe the one in the chat window can be kept and we get the chance to add up to three to the burger menu or so.
