Visibillity issues with widget (preview mode's perfect, integrated in wordpress "empty")

The Agent's widget is perfectly visible in Chipp's preview mode and includes the textbaloon, the company logo and a short text. The widget that is insered in the root of our wordpress site only shows the balloon and sais the company logo and text are empty.
