Search in Applications only shows result on current pagination

What happens: App “search” is limited to filtering apps visible on the current page of results.
What I expected: To be able to use the search bar to find applications otherwise hidden by pagination when searching.

App search/filtering only searches the current page of results, this is a bug.
I have more than one page of apps in the new interface.

I have an agent called "HearThis Support" on the second page. Searching for "HearThis" before expanding "Load More Applications" gives no results.

To get it to show up in the search, I have to click "Load More Applications" until it shows up in the list.

and only then will it show up in "Search" that is apparently only acting as a filter.
