Problems with files

Hello, we're experimenting with all apps and all available LLMs, and we're having a lot of issues reading files. At the same time, when we ask for an Excel file, it takes a long time. Sometimes it doesn't provide the file, and sometimes it does, but with incorrect information. We've tested directly on the ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemimni sites, and they have no issues reading attachments and correctly processing the information. We need you to fix this as soon as possible, as it's something our users use quite a bit, and not being able to correctly process PDF files and then receive Excel files is a huge challenge. Not being able to use this feature is very frustrating for the user experience.
