If I correctly understand the workspace v HQ setup, then I think that one important thing is backward. In the HQ environment you can DUPLICATE apps from one WORKSPACE to another. This doesn't have much utility for me. I would prefer to LINK the same app to multiple HQs, but edit that app only in MY workspace. Otherwise I can't see how HQs can serve as sites dedicated to a chosen group of end users. (To put it another way: Imagine I want apps A, B, C and F accessible to Group 1, and apps B, C and D accessible to Group 2. Can this be done with HQs? Note that duplication isn't the right approach for this, because it forks the version, and from then on, I would need to hand-edit every clone whenever I make a tweak to the app.)
