Hey Chipp.ai team – a couple things. First – I love your product. I use it as a simple chatbot for my client to interact with the AI Governance and User Guide I created for them. Nobody else seems to offer the simplicity, security, and back end tools that you do. However – as great as your service is, my client has asked me to drop the service. They feel $149 a month is simply too expensive for this type of service. When pressed, they felt that $30-$50 (max) would be more appropriate and honestly? I have to agree. I get the feeling that most of your users are using Chipp.ai for profit-making tools. For them, the high fee might make sense, but my purposes, it's just too much. I think I could convince my client to come back if you had another pricing tier better suited to our use case. –– All the best, Jeff
