Chipp and Systeme.io connection for email marketing

We're launching a digital marketing app. We believe this app will be very successful, but we need to be able to integrate "Systeme.io" with the app. What we want to achieve is for Systeme.io to collect user emails. to be able to include them in an email marketing chain, but at the same time Systeme.io will monitor whether users use the App, so that in case they have registered and are not using it, send them an email inviting them to use the App (and thus consume the credits). But we need Systeme.io to be able to connect with login in the App in order to collect users' emails.
