Bug + UI Glitch in bookmarks feature

When I add a note to an existing bookmark, the bookmarked message becomes unavailable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Bookmark an AI response

2. Open Bookmarks menu

3. Click on Notes icon to attach a note

4. Add any note and click Update Bookmark

Now, it seems as if the actual bookmark is gone:

When I close the menu and re-open, it’s accessible again.

There is also a glitch in the UI when adding notes to a bookmark (using Google Chrome with 75% Zoom)
