Audio Knowledge Source Upload Error

Hello,

Just a small bug here- when I upload an audio file as a knowledge source, I get an error:

and then it shows up under knowledge sources as processing indefinitely. Not sure if this is an issue with tokens or something like that, but it seems to be consistently happening across any audio uploads I try to do, across multiple AI’s. This did not happen a few days ago and seems to be a recent issue, as of 6/19/25. Any support on this would be great!
