Add microphone icon back for voice

We recently enabled the Voice Mode and thought it was pretty awesome!

Then it seemed to go away… my manager and I (both expert computer users, with a focus on helping/training users) had trouble finding it. 😕

We discovered it was under the ➕ icon, which made difficult to find:

We’re concerned that users will also struggle to find it and I’d like to suggest rearranging the icons so it’s easier to find the various options. Perhaps something like this?
